YIELDS ONE COCKTAIL, SERVE IN A ROCKS GLASS

1.5 oz Gingercello
.5 oz Marble Vodka
2 oz Stripped Margarita Mix
Shaken with ice & poured into glass
Crystalized Ginger — Honey Rimmed Glass
Dip ¼ of the glass rim in honey
Dip again into well-ground crystalized ginger
Garnish with fresh mint & jalapeño slice

2 oz Moonlight EXpresso
A Skösh of heavy cream
A shave of dark chocolate


Also try:
The Crunchy Dude — substitute almond milk or soy milk for heavy cream
The Morning Dude — add a shot of espresso

Dude Abides — add 1 oz Marble Vodka
The McConaughey (AKA The Hot Dude) — add 1 T hot cocoa, 1/2 cup hot water, mix & top with whipped cream & shaved peppermint bark

YIELDS ONE COCKTAIL, SERVE IN A MARTINI GLASS

2 oz Marble Vodka
1 oz Gingercello
.5 oz Pomegranate Juice
.5 oz Cranberry Juice
2 slices of lime & 1 slice of lemon
Squeeze & drop into shaker
Shaken with ice & poured into martini glass, neat
Garnish with fresh mint


How to make Simple Syrup
1:1 ratio of sugar & water
Bring to a boil — dissolve sugar & cool completely

FENNELLÉ COCKTAIL

YIELDS ONE COCKTAIL, SERVE IN A MARTINI GLASS

2 oz Ginger-Infused Marble Vodka
1.75 oz Gingercello
2 Tsp chunk pineapple
1/2 tsp ground fennel & ½ Lemon, Squeezed
Shake Hard & Double Strain
Garnish with 3 fennel seeds

Fennellé Cocktail

BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE

Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 package instant chocolate pudding (6 oz)
4 eggs
1/4 cup Moonlight EXpresso
1/2 cup Marble Vodka
3/4 cup water


Glaze Ingredients
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup Moonlight EXpresso

Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes, Grease & flour bundt pan, Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes and Turn cake on to plate.
Poke holes in cake with fork, Spoon on glaze, Cool completely, Cover & refrigerate or freeze.

MOONLIGHT EXPRESSO CHEESE CAKE

Crust
4 Tablespoons sugar
26 graham crackers, crushed (about 2 cups)
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese (3 packages at room temperature)
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 cup Moonlight EXpresso

Topping
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoon Moonlight Expresso
Mix and set aside until the cheesecake is baked.

EXpresso Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Crush the graham crackers until fine. Place in a bowl. Add sugar. Drizzle in butter slowly until graham crackers begin to sticks together. Firmly pat the mixture into the bottom of a spring form pan.

Cream the sugar and cream cheese together using an electric mixer. Add one egg at a time until well combined. The longer you mix this the fluffier and lighter your cake will be. Add the Vanilla, Moonlight EXpresso and continue to mix for another minute. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and bake for one hour or until the center is slightly shiny and giggles like pudding. The outside edges may crack and that is completely fine.

Cool the cake for 10 minutes. It will settle and crack. Then spoon the topping on top of the cooled cake. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the sunken part of the cake. Return the cake back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Let the cake cool completely, keep it in the springform pan, cover it with foil and let it rest for 24 hours before serving it to get the best results.
